Terms and conditions of booking tickets to Open'er Festival 2024 theatrical performances.
Access to Open'er Festival 2024 theatrical performances is only possible with the festival wristband/identification and a booking confirmation.
The only entrance to the theatre tents is located from the Zielona Street. It is the entrance for pedestrians.
There is no option to get to the theatre tents from the audience parking at Wiejska Street (Kosakowo).
The bookings concern the following performance: "THE EMPLOYEES"

Nudity; strobe lights, smoke and very loud music. The performance is not recommended for people with epolepsy.

After selecting the play, please select date and hour at the same time.
Once your reservation has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please print it out and bring to the performance with you.
The number of seats for each performance is limited.
You can only book a place for each performance once. The booking is intended for the booking party only and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Please present yourself at the performance at least 15 minutes before it starts, with a previously printed booking confirmation, an ID and a festival ticket in the form of the festival wristband. The details on the booking will be verified with your ID at the entrance to the theatre tent.
A no-show on the scheduled entrance time results in booking cancellation. The booking is not transferred to the following days.
Latecomers will not be admitted to the theatre audience. In such cases, bookings are not liable to be exchanged to other days/plays.
Performance hours are subject to change.
The performances are an addition to Open’er Festival 2024 and may be cancelled.
By booking seats to the performances mentioned above, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Information processing your personal data by us
The controller of your personal data i.e. your name, surname and e-mail address provided in the form used to make a booking for the theatrical performances accompanying the Open'er Festival is Alter Art Festival z o.o., ul. Kazimierzowska 14, 02-589 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Administrator" or "We", "Us"). You can contact the Administrator by mail, at the address provided above or by email at: [email protected].
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of booking a space for the theatrical performances you have chosen. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is their necessity to make a booking by us in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Your data may be made available only to our trusted contractors responsible for the booking procedures and for the performance of the booking you have made.
Your data will be processed for the period necessary to complete the booking and additionally for a period of one month after the end of the Open'er Festival. After this date, your data will be permanently deleted and if it would not be possible, your data will be subject to anonymization, which means that it will no longer be possible to identify you based on the data we have.
You have the right to request from the Controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing them as well as to transfer your data. The above rights may be exercised in accordance with applicable regulations.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
Providing of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to make a booking.
