Glamping, which has become a staple at many European and global festivals, is the perfect option for those who want to combine the comfort of camping with the unforgettable festival atmosphere. In the Glamping area, you'll find tents with accommodations for 2 people (king bed) or up to 4 single beds, as well as many other amenities.
ADMISSION TO THE FESTIVAL
The area is open on festival days from 3:30pm to 3:30am.
Entry to the festival area is possible from Zielona street (Gdynia) and Żeromskiego street (Kosakowo).
Each participant should have a valid photo ID with them! - ID card, student ID, driving license or passport
Remember that a lot of people come to festival, so do not wait until the last minute to exchange your ticket for a wristband, so as not to be late for the performance of your favorite artist!
If you are under 16 years of age, you must be accompanied by an adult at the festival. In the case of a minor under 13, the guardian must complete an appropriate declaration.

All categories of festival tickets must be exchanged for badges in form of a wristband.
The ticket for a wristband should be exchanged PERSONALLY at one of the specially prepared points.
Only one person can use the wristband. Damaging or tearing off of wristband makes it invalid
You can show the electronic ticket to the scanning person on the phone screen or in the printed version.

If you purchased a personalized ticket (Fantix or Early Birds), please present a valid proof of identity to our staff when exchanging your ticket to wristband.
Accepted forms of ID include: a national ID card, passport, school or student ID, driver's license, or the mObywatel digital ID.

For people staying overnight on the camper site, we prepare a dedicated ticket exchange point located at the entrance to the campsite.

Entrance and access ONLY from Zielona Street
After completion of concerts at Orange Main Stage, leaving the camper / caravan parking may be difficult.In the camper/caravan there can sleep max. 8 people, and each of them must have a pass with camping.
The camper site operates non stop from June 30 at 12:00 noon to July 5, 2:00pm

GETTING HERE
In the event of heavy rainfall, parking at the festival site may be limited or impossible. If you can, leave your car in the city center and use the festival bus.

EXIT FROM THE FESTIVAL PARKING – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
After leaving the parking lot, traffic is directed towards Pierwoszyno, then along the road towards Rumia (Rumska Street / Road No. 100 / County Road 1490G) and towards Gdynia.
Police and organizational services are on site directing traffic – please strictly follow their instructions.
During the closing hours of the concerts, there may be disruptions and increased traffic.

⚠️ Using other routes may significantly extend the time it takes to leave the festival area.

DOJAZD
Get to the festival efficiently, for free and more ECO - choose the Open'er Festival line!
OPEN'ER FESTIVAL line buses run shuttles every few/several minutes (depending on your needs): from the vicinity of Gdynia Główna train station (ul. Janka Wiśniewskiego) -> to the vicinity of the main entrance to the festival (Gdynia, ul. Zielona)
To travel on the OPEN'ER FESTIVAL line, you don't need a wristband, a festival ticket is enough!
Free travel does not apply to other transport lines organized by ZKM Gdynia.

Buses departing from Gdynia Główna train station to ul. Zielona takes festival goers towards Babie Doły only at the discretion of the organizer's services. The frequency of trips in this direction depends on the number of people willing and the road conditions/traffic intensity in the opposite direction. Please follow the organizer's recommendations. The Wąwóz Ostrowicki stop towards Babie Doły is closed at the time of the greatest traffic of festival goers towards the city.
In exceptional situations, e.g. in the event of an evacuation, Zielona Street is closed to traffic, and therefore the bus departure stop located on Zielona Street ceases to operate.

Be eco, come to the festival with your bike!
The nearest parking for city bikes are located at the entrances to the festival (check map).
Commercial and private scooters can be parked near the festival entrances in specially designated parking sites (check maps). For the safety of participants, scooters are not allowed to enter the festival area or the public parking area.

The parking places for people with disabilities are closest to the entrance and to the point of tickets exchange.

Access to the parking is possible until 3:00am every day

Payment is made upon entry to the car park or online. More info about online parking tickets will be available soon.
Cars that will not be picked up before the end of the parking day are treated as if they have entered the parking again.
WARNING! Cars over 2.8 m high are not allowed to enter the public car park because of a footbridge over the road!
After some concerts on the Orange Main Stage, exiting the parking lot may be difficult.

From the Gdynia Entrance, all taxis only go as far as the Zielona Street (G1) closure point.
From the Kosakowo Entrance, only iTaxi can enter free of charge. The iTaxi rank is located near the entrance to the festival.
Other taxis must pay an additional entry fee equal to the applicable parking ticket.
When planning your return trip, you can book a ride using the iTaxi mobile app or by going to the parking point located near the Kosakowo Entrance.

All prohibited items can be left in DEPOSIT.

MEDICINES
The Organizer prohibits the bringing and possession of medicines, with the exception of medicines in original packaging, available without a prescription and whose possession is confirmed by an appropriate medical certificate.
People whose health condition requires the administration of specialized medications may have the necessary medications and medical supplies for administering medications, but they are required to present a medical certificate confirming the need to have them with them. Bringing your own food and drinks is only possible in the case of strictly defined diets confirmed by a medical certificate. At the same time, we ask that food and drinks be stored in a way that does not violate the provisions of the Regulations regarding safety. We encourage people with diabetes to take liquid glucose sachets with them, available at any pharmacy.
