All this – and much more you will find in Military Cyber Town. Here you will get an opportunity to understand how the dark web works and how to protect yourself from it.
Cyber Defence Forces soldiers will show you how easily hackers could gain access to mobile phones. You will learn about social engineering methods and discover the latest tricks used by cybercriminals. Together with specialists from the Regional IT Center Gdynia you will delve into the secrets of the Windows system enabling you to secure your data from unauthorized access.
Or perhaps try yourself in your first CTF? You can take part in a Capture The Flag challenge powered by Cyber Range – aimed at searching for vulnerabilities in IT systems. This is a real test of cyber skills prepared by the Cyber Security Training Centre of Excellence in Warsaw.
For those with a detective streak – virtual digital forensics workshops prepared by Polish Naval Academy. There will also be lectures on the war that is already ongoing – disinformation activities targeting our consciousness. Do you know how our emotions, decision-making, and sense of security are manipulated? All of this costitute the area of information warfare and information operations conducted against societies.
And finally when coming back to the real world – we will have area dedicated for your health – White Town run by military medics: blood pressure measurement, blood glucose tests, health education, and information regarding the military health categories.
Cultural part – on July 3rd from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we would like to invite you to the open day at the Navy Museum in Gdynia.
