We invite you to a daily yoga practice on the campsite. Each festival day there will be two sessions that will make your mind and body regain balance and vitality.

Gentle Morning Yoga - Gentle Vinyasa yoga for a good start to the day, which will leave a blissful smile on your face. A practice based on the Sun Salutation sequence, thanks to which we will pleasantly stretch sleepy bodies and awaken our minds. This is a morning dose of asanas that will help you start the day well. During these classes, we consciously follow subsequent positions to the rhythm of our own breathing, restoring balance in the body and mind. The practice is adapted to every level of advancement.
Recharge Yoga - The practice of carefully selected asanas aimed at regenerating the body. During classes, we stimulate parts of the body that we usually do not activate during everyday activities. Selected asanas are primarily intended to nourish the tissues and provide oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to the organs. This practice will balance your body and mind and make you feel much better. Classes intended for people at all levels of advancement.
