1. Upon the receipt of the accreditation a journalist must present the original press card.

2. Lack of signatures, stamps or invalid identity card results in rejection of the application or the refusal to issue an accreditation.

3. Accreditation will be issued ONLY to journalists under the meaning of art. 7 paragraph. 2 point 5 of the Act of 26 January 1984. Press Law.

4.  Applications made by representatives of clubs, teams, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies will be rejected.

5. After the approval of the editor-in-chief from your office, the scan of application should be sent by e-mail to: [email protected] .

6. Due to the great interest in accreditations, please make sure the application is accurate and legible.

7. The number of accreditations is limited. Accreditations are free. The accredited journalists will be informed of that fact via e-mail.

8. Accreditation for journalists will entitle a journalist to enter the festival grounds and tent area for the media.

9. Policy concerning documentation of festival course using audio-visual and photographic equipment will be delivered to the accredited TV crews and photographers at the latest on the day of the concert. In the event that the principles of granting and using the granted accreditation will be violated, the Agency shall have the right to withdraw such granted accreditation.

10. The Agency reserves the right to process the application negatively without giving reasons to this decission.

• Your name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number, 
• Name and surname of the editor in chief, 
• Name and surname, telephone number, an e-mail address of your coworkers applying for the journalist accreditation (when applicable)

Personal data provided in the form will be processed in order to contact you, regarding the decision about granting you a  journalist accreditation for the chosen event (hereinafter: "Event") and to determine Yours identity and/or the identity of your coworkers and the right to move around the Event area granted to You. A legal basis for the processing of personal data provided in the form is legally justified interest conducted by the Administrator, consisting in the necessity to provide proper communication with You and other persons engaged in the reporting the Event in the media and the necessity of guaranteeing a safe course of the Event. Personal data provided in the form may be stored by the Administrator as long as it is necessary to conduct goal, for which the data have been collected, as long as there is no technical, legal or any other important reason justifying its removal, destruction or anonymization of these data. You have the right to access the content of Your data and the right to its correction, removal limitation of its processing, as well as to demand to transfer these data to another administrator according to the applicable laws. You also have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Providing the personal data is not obligatory, although it is a condition of applying for the journalist accreditation. You have the right to appeal against processing Your personal data.
