At Open'er Festival, volunteers are entitled to free accommodation in a campsite dedicated exclusively to volunteering. The volunteer must have his/her own tent and the necessary equipment.

Yes, volunteers are entitled to one hot meal a day. There is a choice of vegan, vegetarian and meat versions. The choice of the type of meal should be selected in the application form.
No, you can be a volunteer only for the entire duration of the festival.
No, you are assigned to one zone throughout the festival.
We try to arrange the shifts and zones so that you are as satisfied as possible, but unfortunately it is not always possible with such a large number of people. Sometimes it is not possible to be in the same place with a friend.
The deposit will not be refunded in the event of breach or failure to comply with the contract (consumption of alcohol or other prohibited substances during the shift, skipping your shift, leaving the volunteering early without agreeing it with the coordinator on the part of Alter Art).
Yes, attendance at the briefing is obligatory.
Yes, in random situations beyond your control, the deposit will be refunded. You only need to inform the Alter Art coordinator about the situation in advance.
