Remember to check the following guidelines the day before the concert, as they may change due to the update of the law.

  1. The condition for participation in the Event, in accordance with applicable regulations, is providing contact details and submitting a health declaration. The content of the statement is available at: The declaration should be submitted in the Open'er Mobile App on the day of entry to the Event area.
  2. We provide seats and standing places in the concert area, depending on the limits provided for in the applicable regulations.
  3. The limits of places may change, depending on changes in the applicable regulations.
  4. Persons with a Ticket and a Vaccination Certificate have guaranteed admission to the event, as they are not bound by the above-mentioned limits.
  5. If you have the Health Pass Concert Ticket, please confirm that you have a valid Vaccination Certificate when submitting the health declaration in the app.
  6. If you do not have a Health Pass, but on the day of admission to the Event you have a valid Vaccination Certificate, you can confirm that you have the certificate when submitting a health declaration in the app, which will guarantee admission to the event above the limits.
  7. Please take the Vaccination Certificate with you for verification when entering the Event. The certificate can be presented in both, printed and electronic form, enabling the scanning of its QR code.
  8. The capacity of the area was planned so, that the participants could keep a social distance during the concert.
  9. Remember to have and put on your own protective mask. If for some reason you do not have your own mask, you can buy it at Open'er Park.
  10. We remind you to wash and disinfect your hands frequently. At Open'er Park Provide dedicated cleaning and disinfecting supplies
  11. In queues, among others to sales points, in the buffer zone before entering the Event and before entering the Concert Zone, keep a social distance.
  12. In order to minimize queues for deposits, we provide free, self-service deposit lockers.
  13. The limits and restrictions indicated above may not apply to certain persons, depending on the current regulation.

No forms of violence or harassment will be tolerated at the event. The organizer and staff will immediately respond to such behavior, and will also take immediate action in accordance with the regulations. If you feel threatened in any way by the behavior of strangers, friends or relatives, you observe disturbing situations or you are witnesses or victims of violent behavior or harassment - react. Report to the closest person from the information and security services or the festival staff. We will help you.


    • Take care of your phone, card, keys, etc. Take only the most necessary things with you.
    • Leave in the deposit any items that cannot be brought into the event area. The list can be found in the Regulations. You will also find the paid deposits at the entrance to the Park Zone - there is also a lost and found office and at the entrance to the Concert Zone. There will also be a limited number of free lockers available at the Event area, with the possibility of charging devices.
    • Do not destroy, do not liter and segregate waste. Be eco and consciously use our ecological solutions applied at the festival.
    • Do not smoke in confined spaces, under a tent or in crowds in front of the stage.
    • Never drive under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
    • Mosh pit, pogo and crowdsurfing are dangerous for those involved and for the rest of the audience.
    • Don't pressure other people during concerts.
    • Watch concerts live, not on the screen of your device (phone, tablet). Do not block the view of other participants!
    • Remember that some spaces (seating area, Silent Disco) have limited capacity. For security reasons it may happen that not everyone will be admitted at the same time.
    • Don't get angry that there are queues. Smile :)
    • Take time to rest / relax to last until the very end!
    • Don't leave someone in need.
    • If you need help, contact the information or security services.
    • If you witness aggressive, dangerous or suspicious behavior, go ahead and inform security about it.
    • Familiarize with the map of the Event - check the locations of medical points, emergency exits, toilets, etc.
    • Trust the festival staff. Their work is for your safety.
    • Search for current information about organizational changes at the Event area and about exceptional situations in our social media, the Open'er mobile app and at
    • At the festival, you will be within the range of powerful sound systems. To take care of your hearing, try to stay at a safe distance from the speakers.
    • Don't take drugs or get drunk. Always keep an eye on your drink.
    • Drink a lot of water. It is important not to become dehydrated in hot weather or crazy fun.
    • Avoid dense crowds. Move to where there is more space. Pay attention to those around you. Help to get up if someone falls.
    • If you see someone feeling unwell, take her / him to the medics. If he is unconscious, notify security who will call for help.
    • Always notify your friends where they can find you.
    • Protect yourself against unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases - always use condoms.
    • Wear a hat and use sunscreen.
    • Wear clothes that protect against rain (rain boots, raincoats).
    • Be prepared for sudden changes in the weather in the coastal zone. Despite hot days, evenings and nights can be very cold.
    • Storm, lightning, strong winds - move away from metal structures, hide in a car or sit in an open space and cover your head with your hands. Follow the instructions given by the organizer (for example in the event of evacuation).
    • During heavy rainfall, park your car in parking lot in the city center and use public transport. Parking on site during bad weather will be very limited.
    • Find out where the nearest emergency exit is. If the necessity to evacuate from the event area is announced, go to the "Evacuation meeting point".
    • Move away from the threat.
    • Obey the messages and orders of the services and keep calm.
    • Let your friends or family know by SMS that you are safe. Impulsive decision of your loved ones to come can cause roadblocks and hinder the work of services, and outgoing calls can overload the GSM network.

  • There will be a special platform at the concert site, accessible to people with disabilities and pregnant women. Due to the type of event (at least the volume of sounds and the number of participants, especially near the stage), we ask future mothers to carefully consider their willingness to participate in the event.
