Open’er named Best Major Festival in Europe!
Open’er Festival won in the Best Major Festival category at the European Festival Awards 2020, which took place in Groningen (The Netherlands) on January 15. This prestigious prize, which we also received in 2009 and 2010, was awarded by the votes of the audience and international jury. Thank you!
The festival was also honored in the Brand Activation Award category. The winning project 'Stranger Things' prepared with Netflix during the Open'er Festival 2019, was promoting the third season of the hit production. The Brand Activation Award, which has been granted for three years, appreciates the most interesting, key projects and cooperation of European music festivals with brands that support such events.
The European Festival Awards play an extremely important role in the music industry - both for the audience and the artists. This year, the number of votes cast in public categories has exceeded 350,000! The next edition of Open'er Festival powered by Orange will take place.
