WE ARE CONSISTENT.
SO WE CREATE WEARSO. APPAREL ONLY FROM ORGANIC COTTON, CULTIVATED IN
SOILS THAT ARE FREE FROM CHEMICALS AND SYNTHETIC FERTILIZERS.
WE ARE FAR-SIGHTED.
SO WE WANT WEARSO. CLOTHES TO BE WITH YOU AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. NOT ONLY
IS ORGANIC COTTON HEALTHIER FOR THE WEARER, BUT IT IS ALSO MORE DURABLE
DUE TO LACK OF HARMFUL DYES.
WE ARE TIMELESS.
SO WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO ESTABLISH A RELATIONSHIP WITH WHAT YOU WEAR. OUR
MESSAGE IS SIMPLE: WE DESIGN MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CLOTHING THAT YOU WILL
FEEL COMFORTABLE IN, REGARDLESS OF TIME OF DAY. EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON
YOUR INTERPRETATION. YOU DEFINE THE CLOTHES, NOT VICE VERSA.
WE ARE DEFIANT.
SO WE QUESTION THE ESTABLISHED ORDER AND SEEK NEW IDEAS, WITH THE BELIEF
THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISIONS ARE MADE DURING THE DESIGN STAGE. AND
THIS IS OUR EVERY-DAY REALITY.
WE ARE FAIR.
SO WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IN OUR TIMES IT IS SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO BE 100%
ECO-FRIENDLY. IF ONLY EVERY OTHER DECISION YOU MAKE IS A RESPONSIBLE
ONE, THAT IS GREAT. BUYING AT WEARSO.ORGANIC YOU HELP THE PLANET
BREATHE. THANK YOU.
Carbon is a brand dedicated to the minimalism of form and concept. It perfectly follows the ‘slow fashion’ idea. Carbon is dedicated to women of every age, who care about high quality and attention to detail of products. By combining classic Western styles and Asiatic esthetics, the brand creates a new contemporary fashion which blurs the lines between what is known/unknown, west/east, female/male, free/controlled, hidden/uncovered. Carbon clothes are made of very fine fabrics: wool, viscose, cotton and silk. The clothes are exclusively in black color, which symbolizes virtue and maturity. The brand specializes in designing perfectly tailored pants forming a timeless base which remains current and lasting regardless of ever-changing fashion trends.
“Form, deconstruction and experiment – these words perfectly describe the story behind the Fall / Winter 2014 / 2015 collection. Inspired by the aspects of space in Japanese culture I tried to create modern and innovative clothes, based on samples and my own ideas of draping the fabric around the body.
Color palette is reduced to minimum ( gray, dark blue) with strong accents of turquoise. Woven fabrics are often matched to show contrast between thin, solid chiffon and thick leather
Collection shows an attempt to define new, modern elegance, in which the garments are matched in a new, unexpected way” – says the designer.
Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, majoring in Fashion Design. Rector's Award winner for collections Bless Me in 2013. Finalist Golden Thread Contest, Re act Fashion. Repeatedly presented their collections at Fashion Week FashionPhilosophy area Off Out Of Schedule. In their work tries to combine vision with practical dimension, drawing inspiration from the symbols and pop culture.
A brand created by Łódź Fine Arts students Martyna Sowik and Mila Matyga. The designers are minimalists immersed in the stylistics of modern design, valuing atypical structural solutions and the unique nature of a range. There are two seemingly contrasting phenomena behind the SAMO collection: Basquiat and his work and the glitch genre. The inspiration does not, however, relate directly to the ideological features or context of creation, but to the visual language and its expressive character, almost without rules.
SONOMA PtASZEK Spring / Summer 2014. This time, with the name, fabrics and prints, we travel to one of the California beaches. This is not another kiddie trip to the ocean though: SONOMA is a wild and dangerous place... especially after dark. This is why the brand's new collection are clothes for the brave ones, who penetrate the unknown corners and waters of the West Coast, for whom imperishable materials and ergonomic forms are an indispensable accessory for seaside crusades under the moonlight.
LOUS is a Warsaw-based brand, that aims to create clothes universal and beautiful in their simplicity. Precise cuts with an eye on detail, punctuated with perfect fabrics and aesthetic minimalism is what defines the essence of the Lous feminine figure. Lous looks deep inside itself retrospectively. We search through the corners of the memories, selecting the most beautiful, fascinating and valuable ones. They value minimalism and simplicity that seem to be the treasure of people who love expressing themselves and reject shallow tinsel of what is exaggerated. Harmony and simplicity are the foundation of each collection and are what Lous values the most.
Maciej Sieradzky is a finalist of the first Polish edition of Project Runway. He studies at MSKPU school of fashion. He lives and works in Lodz. Maciek's designs stand out with their game of forms, a match of different colours and textures and work with fabrics. His style can be described as "unpredictable madness". He is the most keen on working with leather and technical textiles. Even Anja Rubik herself, nor Anthony Vaccarello, couldn't resist his plaiting interpretations. He debuted in 2013 at the Golden Thread competition with the premiere of his Wo-meny collection. He is currently working on developing two collections: dzky. and maciej sieradzky.
